July 11 will be another historic date not only for Apple but also for the whole phone industry. A few days after Steve Jobs announced the 3G iPhone, numerous companies have announced their accessories for the Apple phone. PCMAG listed some of the best accessories to use with the iPhone.

Here are the Top 5 iPhone accessories:

Altec Lansing T612
This speaker dock may have some low-end distortion issues, but the T612’s selling point is clear: It lets you dock your iPhone, play music, and take calls without having to put it into airplane mode.

Etymotic hf2
Etymotic Research could charge twice as much for its $179 hf2 iPhone headset, which lets you make and receive cell-phone calls but also delivers some of the most accurate audio reproduction you’re likely to find in pair of sub-$300 earphones.

Skullcandy iPhone FMJ
The FMJ earphones are on the lower end of the earbud-upgrade spectrum in terms of price and overall quality, but they work well with the iPhone and deliver respectable audio that doesn’t distort at higher volumes.

Aliph New Jawbone
The New Jawbone is slicker, lighter, and more comfortable to wear than the original Jawbone, all the while retaining the two best virtues of the original: amazing noise suppression and great sound quality.

Iqua 603 SUN
The Iqua 603 SUN Bluetooth headset not only sounds good, its integrated solar panel keeps it continually charged. Unless you’re a heavy talker, you may never need to plug it in.
