Sony Ericsson W350 Review: Stylish like a music-box ballerina, but a functional failure

Posted in: Mobile Phones

sony-ericsson-w350-comboSony Ericsson W350 is a good looking mobile phone but failed to win the the writers over at Wired. It’s the newest addition to Sony’s Walkman Phone series that has style to spare but fails in function.

The Good: It’s as tiny and as pretty as a music-box ballerina. Includes an FM radio (which will be cool until the HD radio takeover next year).

The Bad: The keys and navpad are unfit for grown-up human use. The phone’s clunky headphone connector has all the charm of a tumor. The awkward flip panel makes for clumsy, fumbling answers.

The Bottomline: Phone is cheap alright but voice call quality is really muffled.

Price: Starting at $200.
